Prior to joining Lankler & Carragher, Peter practiced at a boutique commercial litigation firm in New York City and in the litigation department of Thacher Proffitt & Wood, LLP. Peter has litigated matters in State, Federal and bankruptcy court, and has appeared before the Appellate Division, First Department. Peter is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions as well. While at Fordham University, Peter was a member of the Moot Court, the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, and a legal writing teacher’s assistant.

Prior to attending Law School, Peter spent several years living in Moscow, Russia, where he worked for Ernst & Young.
